White Spots on fish eyes (not ick)

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and could use alittle help....

My platy female fish has these white caps in the middle of her eyes (like pupils) and a small bruise in the center of her head right above her eyes. I treated her with tetracyclin in a med tank and she seems much better but the above mentioned symptoms are still their. Any ideas ? All the other fish in the tank are fine and so are the water levels. The only different thing is my platys live with African dwarf frogs. I haven't seen any aggression and have no idea if the frogs should be living with the fish. Shop guy said its fine as long as the frogs get enough food, which they do. Tank has been upgraded from a 10 to a 25 gallon to house everyone a few weeks ago. No live plants.

Anyone have any ideas ?

When you say that she seems much better, what exactly has improved? Were there any other symptoms that are now gone?
