HAHA no. definitely not. this is not my first tank. the clowns were in a 20 gallon that was established well over a year. The equipment, rock, and clowns were transferred to the bigger tank, so it has the same bacteria and "good stuff" as the established tank. (which is now no longer in existence since everything was moved into the larger tank)
What I am doing is waiting for a few weeks before adding any
new livestock or corals to the tank in order to let the tank settle down a little bit. i have been monitoring levels and everything is peachy keen

the fish survived the move and are doing quite well. (thank god! it was stressing me out!)
