I have had a sebae anemone for quite a while now, however, I did recently move it into another tank and it did the same things you are explaining...and still does from time to time. The second I put it in the tank, it ran for cover under a sort of cliff made by the live rock. I was worried like you becuase it was basically was getting no light at all. However, it is still anchored to that same spot, but it does come out into the light. It is also pretty fast at getting back into the cave when something bothers it! Like Chitown1 says, I would also wait a couple of days to see if things change.
One other thing...anemones often times 'deflate' themselves to the point that it looks like they are shriveled up and completely dead when they really are still alive. I point this out becasue I wanted to make sure that you realized that, if you didnt already, so that you dont remove a good anemone thinking that it is dead.
