Not sure where to post this, but has anyone ordered from this website before? i ordered some charcoal filter cartridges Feb 2nd, they recv'd pmt the 5th & i've yet to receive an email that order has been shipped & they've ignored my emails 2 them. only now did i discover they offer no phone support. wouldn't be a prob, but i live in a rural area & closest fish store is 80 miles from me one way lol. Thx in advance

i'm not sure but there is a post here somewhere that they have talked about them and they have slow shiping and some say they have only gotten some of the stuff and not all of it

next time you buy stuff, i recomend these 2 sites. they are very good.

in my experience they ship very fast and have never not responded to my emails. i hope you get your stuff.

Just keep in mind that those are NOT two different sites - Liveaquaria is the aquarium hobbyist branch of the Dr.s Foster and Smith company which is one of the most reputable pet care companies in the country. The liveaquaria website has a 24.75 shipping fee on livestock and the quality is notoriously high.

I placed an order on 2/11/07 and havent gotten any shipping confirm.. They have also ignored 4 of my emails. I dont know if the site is 100% legit. Anyone else having problems? They take the payment from your credit card pretty fast. I will call up credit card company and tell them it was unauthorized.

ordering fish will espesially be high since they are more fragile and die easier. i just consider them 2 diff sites because some people dont know of liveaquaria and if i just mention 1 they might not know about the other.

no problem with my orders
I have made 3 online purchases with aquariumguys.com, and havent had a loit of problems. There shipping is definatly slow, but i have never had an item not shipped, or not included with the rest of my order. It took them 10 days to ship out to indiana, but thats the only thing i have had trouble with.

Bigalsonline has great prices and good shipping I purchase all my maintenance purchases through them and have yet to be dissapointed. Shipping is good usually get the package within a week.

I ordered from aquarium guys 2/7/07 and I have yet to recieve my merchandise or any email from them also. I have email them today to check the status of my order, if I don't recieve anything soon, then I will have to take some kind actions. Even if I do recieve my order soon, I don't think I'll ever order from those guys again. thanks

Same problem with Aquariumguys.com
I have same problem. They took my credit card payment the next day and subsequent emails regarding my order where ignored. From reading this forumn, I see that I am not the only one they seem to have swindled money from. It seems there are way too many people. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. And see if there is any other legal action I can take against them. I will keep you guys posted on where to file complaints and etc if you are interested.
