Personally, I use Marine-Max by Tropical Science. You add it to the display and it works to boost the fishes immune system so they fight off any disease. I am not a proponent of a DT and all the added stress associated with it. Think about it...why did the fish get sick in the first place? It is in your display and then suddenly gets Ich or whatever. Stress is usually a main factor for any disease so if your add stress by disrupting the tank (further stressing the sick fish and the others) by capturing it and put it in a DT (more stress) and then if with copper or some other chemical you manage to cure the fish, you will then re-introduce it back to where it got sick in the first place. Marine-Max is the way to go to prevent and cure disease.
