It would be easier to answer if I knew the history of each. By that I mean in which direction are they moving? If your Nitrates are steadily rising and your Nitrite is slowly going down then that is what should be happening. Think of it like your Nitrates are getting "fat" off of gobbling up the Nitrites. Eventually it will gobble them all up and your Nitrates will be high, which is why you need to complete a very large water change. Tadah...cycle will be complete!

Its all staying the same, ammonia at 0 Nitrite I cant even compare to the charp because it so pink. and My nitrate ar around 60-80ppm

Are you continuing to add ammonia so it stays at 5.0? The bacteria has to have something to "eat" so it is necessary to maintain that level, otherwise they could possible starve and you will have to start over.....add some ammonia and see how long it takes for the level readings to come down. Also, could it b e that one or more of your test kits could be old and out of date?
