setup 4 25gal malawi cichlid tank

Plse advise on equipment 4 filtration and lighting and compatible species with brite colours and how many fish i hold prefebly 4 species.thanx

You have many options as far as filtration and lighting goes. A hang on the back style power filter or two plus a standard strip light is really all you need. The biggest problem here is the size of your tank, which is too small to keep Malawi Cichlids in, especially four different species. I would recommend checking out some of the Tanganikan Shell Dwellers if your still intent on setting this tank up as an African Cichlid tank. Or you could possibly consider some of the South American Dwarf Cichlids.
