What Are "Tags"?
OK. I've figured out how to create my avatar & my signature. But I notice when I post a new thread there is a field at the bottom of the text section that reads:
Tags
Separate tags using a comma.
You may add 5 tag(s) to this thread.
What are tags? I've noticed a lot of members have some text about their Aquariums / Inhabitants. Others have web links. ????
Please illuminate.

Tags are specific words that tell you what the thread is about. Using the search feature up on the navigation bar, you will see "Tag Search" if you click on that you can enter "tag words" for example the tag words (Jay, Awesome, Brilliant) will take you to all threads that have been given those tags by the author.

Actually, I think it allows five tags, so you could put: Jay, awesome, brilliant, helpful, and humorous!

and I could only add 2 tags, maybe it's like 2 per user but 5 total?
*EDIT*I think I figured it out, if you started the thread you can add 5 tags, if not, then 2.
