Re: white bubbles on my fish
Are they bubbles, or white spots? Don't suppose you have a pic to help us out. The obvious answer is Ich. Have you searched out photos of Ich and either ruled it out or maybe confirmed?
BTW, welcome to FTF. Sorry it has started off to a bad start. Help us to aid you better by providing some info. What size tank, how long has it been up? What are all the tank mates? How about water params? It sometimes helps us if we know a little more.

Re: white bubbles on my fish
Assuming its multiple ick's its this grey box of stuff called clout,(like alkaseltzer) its a stress thing that lives in gravel. Keep the tank lights out for 1 to 3 hours if your doin some stuff.
Comment added by Loman - I did not see this thread earlier but wanted to state that this does not correctly represent ick and is not advice that is warrented based on the facts

Re: white bubbles on my fish
Hey fleshzombie. Sorry to hear of your problems.
If you could post a pic, that would help to identify for sure if it is indeed Ich.
Ich can be fatal if not treated, but it is treatable for sure and can be eliminated safely.
Please read our great article to understand what Ich is, and how to treat it.
It's here:

Good luck.

Re: white bubbles on my fish
Hey Fleshzombie,
Welcome to the best fish tank forums site around. As you can see, there are tons of members here to help you with your problem. Just like Judge said, I think it might be best to give us a little background on your system such as how long as your tank been up and running? What other fish do you have in your tank? Do they show any signs of 'white bubbles' on them? And most importantly, what are your water parameters; Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates, pH, temp, etc. This will allow members to answer your question in half the amount of time and pin point exactly whats wrong with your fish. Again, welcome to FTF and just hang in there and your question will have an answer in no time!!
Izzy
