Seems to be doing better than it was at the lfs. It had a lot of die off and dead spots. It started to regrow some of those polyps and then I had that battle with GHA. So its still a work in progress. Its improving for sure!

Well I tried to syphon as much of it off as possible with my 3/8'' tubing. GM suggested to use a smaller tubing. I also reduced nutrients in the tank through larger volume water changes. Hopefully the refugium I am ordering this week will help too.

hey, yeah its been awhile. Ive been busy working out of town, but now iam back for a couple weeks anyway. in my travels i picked a 65 gal and a twin beckett skimmer so now iam working on getting the new tank up and running. i'll post some pics of my new tank journal asap

tbx that tank is only 33 gal

Nice got to love nano reefs.I was thinking 50 gallons when I saw it though. Yet again another Canadian 33 gallon that has to be the most popular Canadian tank size.
