just what i wanted to hear. i kinda rushed into things and bought some cheapish good sized substrate today. so i could get the tank up and running. then read some stuff on here bout needid substrate. haha. going to get a co2 system tmoz and build a hood for my compact t5. might get some plants tmoz as well. haha. should be interesting to see how long they last H. cheers
