Cannot believe CO2

well i recently went with pressurized co2 and cannot believe the effects.

majority of my plants have grown 1.5" or more in the past 10 or so days taller bigger bushier my riccia has grown an inch in the 10 days and is "full"

i know there is alot of hype around co2 but i cant believe the effects and how quickly they were noticable it cost me 220 bucks all said and done including a full 10# tank-worth every penny

Lol...another addict.

Please post some supporting info that the nutrient dosing program behind the CO2 is just as important.

We wouldn't want to lead folks down the yellow brick road

Re: Cannot believe CO2

Ive thought about getting the tablet Co2 and some fertilizer for my pants.

I dont really want them to take off and grow a ton, but some growth and staying healthy would be good

Would the "cheap" route of the tablets work even 1/4 as good as the method he uses?

Jay

i agree the nutrients are just as important but i noticed when i started dosing KH2PO4 and KNO3 along with seachem flourish and flourish iron the plants looked better more vibrant colors with the co2 i just ment the growth rate its phenominal one of my plants is a good 3 " taller than it was before co2 10 days ago.

here is a pic taken before co2 on march 17 so its actually only been 10 days today

here is the tank today

The tank looks great..it is really coming along!

That's why serious plant guys do it. I just want to be sure beginners and casual readers realize that there is a little more to it then some CO2.
