Spider Web

I have what looks like spider webs between some of the leaves on my live plant. I was wondring what this could be, and how to fix it. I can't remember exactly what it is, but I think it's moneywort.

Hey Andy

Sometimes stem plants push out side tendril like roots which could look like a spider web.

It also could be some type of algae.

Or just good old fashioned dirt and fine plant material and debris accumulating.

Have you tried to touch it or examine it? Does it come loose when you disturb it a little? A pic would be most helpful.

Regards,
Jay

I see it has the roots you are talking about, but this is different. I haven't examined it yet, but I will and I'll try to get a picture to help you out.

Edit: I tried to photograph it, however, it just didn't work out. The stuff wasn't visible in the picture. Anyway, I think it is gone now, just went away I guess. Thanks anyway.
