Feeding Sand Dwellers and other inverts

I have noticed lately, especially since out tank stand reno this week, that my inverts seem to be starving. I have 1 sand star, 1 brittle star and 5 Nasarious snails that are looking rough. I noticed that whenever i put frozen food in the tank the Nasarious start coming out of the water and up the glass and all over trying to get food.. as well my sand star is looking sad lately, skinny and one leg looks like it has been chewed at. then My poor poor brittle star, he has 2 midget legs, most legs are about 5" or so.. but he has 2 that barly make an inch, and his little legs keep creeping out when i feed as well but he wont come out of his rocks to get food at all. How can i go about getting more meet to these guys. currently i feed 1/2 a cube of frozen every other day, i have 2 clowns a damsel, and a yellow tang, plus a pink tip anemone. I have started hand feeding(poker feeding) the anemone frozen Brine so that he doesnt eat anymore of my fish.. and i have put a couple chunks of frozen into the sand... but im not sure if that is enough or what else i should be doing?

thanks

Not sure about the rest of your watery friends but I feed my serpent star by hand every other day a small chunk of frozen "people" shrimp. He snatches it up and disappears into his rock and feasts. The chunks are big enough that no one else except for a brave Emerald Crab can possibly eat it so it works well for him.
