| GM,
Nice video. Looks like you have a wavemaker, or something like that. That's flippin' sweet. Good job on the Reef.

| Actually no wave maker just four powerheads and the return from the mag24 pump. Will be adding 2 seio 2600 powerheads, will take place of all the current powerheads (hopefully) Quote:

| It is purple coralline algae wish I could take credit for that, but when I purchased the whole set-up this is one of the reasons I wasnt going to be outbid on the tank. |

| So you do not use purple up or any similar additive? I also wondered how much of that was you camera and how much was your actual rock. Ok, let me rephrase that, how much was your rock and how much was my computer screen.... |

| All my rock, it is past show standard live rock and took the former owner 6years to get it this way. I do not add purple-up at all I feel it is unecessary if you dose kalk and do frequent waterchanges. Here is a pic without the flash and only the vho lights. Keep in mind all the white spots on the rock are where the rock did not recieve light and has yet to fill in with coralline and the all white rock were added to the tank. Plus this pic was taken couple months ago. |

| gm333-just realized I'm just down the road from you! I live in Stillwater (Go Cowboys!!). My husband used to drill in Sand Springs, but after his deployment he moved closer to home! Are you affiliated with the Oklahoma Aquarium, or do you just enjoy visiting? We love to go and blow off the stress of school in that place!! Your tank is stunning, to say the very least!!
