| Naso Tang/Foxface Would these two fish be crammed in a 55 gallon? They are the only ones I am interested in right now. Thanks

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface In the long run no, the naso can reach 1'6". The powder blue tang and yellow tang can be housed together in a 55. |

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface The general rule of thumb for stocking a tank, is 1" of fish per 5 gallons of water. This should be applied to the full mature size of the fish, the Naso as GM pointed out can grow to 18", it alone needs 90 gallons, a yellow tang can get to 7" which is 35 and so on. You could keep them while thay are younger but you would need to trade them in once they grow or upgrade to a larger tank down the road.

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface The powder blue tang is VERY nice indeed. I think ill go with GM on this and get a powder blue and a yellow!
Now for feeding. What in your experiences do they like? I heard a lot of greens right? Thanks

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface Yes, but as Chitown has stated it would be best to upgrade the tank in the future. I feed mine a variety of macroalgae, seaweed, mysis, plankton, finely chopped squid. |

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface IMO, a nice combo for a 55 would be a Kole and a coral beauty angel.

| Re: Naso Tang/Foxface I def. like tangs... (as you can tell) I just think they are awesome to watch.
I am seeing myself grow impatient with my smaller 55g tank. I wish I would have invested in a much bigger tank. The fish that I want just wont fit!
Thanks for all the input!
