Hey guys, i found tiny brown & white worm looking things on my LR , is that bad & should i try & get rid of them?

It sounds like a peanut worm to me, I have them in my live rock (hitchhikers) they basically just clean the rocks from what I have found. here is a few links to pages I have found.
