| As far as the bristleworms go, you may or may not be in trouble. There are 2 types of bristle worms that I am aware of, both are found in Ron Shimek's "Marine Invertebrates" book.
One of them is reef safe and is ok to have in your tank, but the other is a pest that will eat corals and clams and should be removed at all costs if you intend to house corals and clams in the future.
I would suggest you check out his book to compare the pictures with what you have in your tank to see if it is anything you need to worry over.
