Need Help w/ otto's!!!

Hey there, I have 2 new otto's that I got in my 5 gallon tank. They were both always out sucking on something (wall of tank or rocks) and now there is one in the little house that i have in there and have not seen it in about 4 days now. I was wondering what they do if they are pregnant or if I should disrupt the little house thingy. I wasn't sure if that was a good idea and thought maybe to ask first. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?? Thanks so much in advance!

Not sure what they do if they are pregnant, but I'd probably lift up the little house and make sure the Otto is doing ok. They do like hiding, but usually they come out to feed and swim around too. Are you feeding them anything? They're such good algae eaters (and little piggies) that usually they clean out the algae pretty quickly and then need something else to eat as well, mine love algae and bottom feeder sinking wafers, some people feed blanched veggies or frozen peas (thawed of course).
