| If it is already cycled, you need fish right away to keep the bacterias alive in the filter. Start out with a bioload slightly smaller than what was in it before you buy it, then if you want more fish increase the bioload by no more than like 20% a week.
The bioload of a tank is basicly the amount of waste the fish produce. If you increase the waste quickly, the filters cycle won't be able to handle the steep increase and will cause bad conditions for a few days.
