| Mollies are freshwater dwelling fish. Although I hear from several sources that they can be kept in brackish water and from there (slowly raising the salinity a little at a time) introduced into a salty environment without fatal consequences - I cannot vouche for the truth of this claim as I have never seen it done, nor have I ever attempted it myself - nor will I attempt to do so. I myself will not recommend trying, but there it is all the same.
Indeed you already have more in the tank than is generally recommended and I would not suggest introducing any more fish until you can get them into a larger tank, but to answer your question: maybe, most fish will not bother your goldfish unless the new arrivals are aggressive. (ie. Cichlids, Oscars, etc.)
