found a little suprise today

well apparently one of my cichlids had some fry and I didnt even know. in the beginning of august I went on vaca, noticed my female maingonos (not sure if I spelled that right) wasnt eating, I figured i would have a dead fish when I came back. when I got back she was fine. when I fed them this morning I noticed a tiny fish darting out from the rocks grabbing the small pieces of food left over from the others. then it all made sense to me.I think it is the only survivior, pictus cat must have loved all the little snacks. here is a pic of him sorry its blurry crummy camera. any how I thought that was kinda cool I was hoping to get some breeding but didnt expect it so soon.

Hey mikek996 - congrats! Even though I think I am paying a lot of attention to my tanks/fish, the same sort of "surprise" fry happens to me all of the time....and if it wasn't for taking pictures from video, I wouldn't be able a clear one either. Fast little buggers, huh?
