need help with a 45g top

i looked around and couldnt find the right size, my 45g plastic top inner lip measures 35 1/2" x 11 1/2" and i cant anything to fit, all ive seen is 36x12, would i have to custom make one or have one custom ordered? also anyone know a good site to order a light setup, im think i need around 150-160w and 6500k light setup or least thats what ive been told.

i do have the tank setup with water and filter runnin to get the cycle goin, i took 4 gallons of water out of my 20g tank into the 40g when fillin up and took out the bio bag i had in the 20g into the 40g, i have another bio bag still sitting in the 20g to sit for a week before puttin into the 40g.
