| pump location sorry for all the threads guys but i have another question. i have the whisper40 filter and it comes with extensions for the tube that is in the water where it sucks form. well just curious how far from the bottom of the tank should the end of the tube be? should it end around the middle of the tank od down towards the bottom? i had it around 2 inches form the bottom but i just shortened it to around mid ways of the tank. any help appreciated. |

| Re: pump location The only reason for it is to move the water more. Bringing water up from the bottom is better than closer to where it's coming out of the filter.
