leaky bulk head


OK i got a leaky bulk head that i can not get off the tank its in the bottom of the overflows and is stuck in there very good pliers just rip the plastic off. could i just use some silicone around it to seal it? or should i just hold off and replace it?

Is the tank empty? If so i would replace the bulkheads, this way a year down the line you wont have to worry about any more leaks.

well i don't have the hands to help me move the tank to get to it thats why i looked for another way threw it other than getting some one to help me
