Nitrates at 140 - 160 ! Help!

I thought I would bring this article back to the top.

Which is worse the Nitrites or Nitrates? I knew this info at one time.

How do you clean an UGF?

How do you clean the return tube? I cant find anything safe to get clear down into the tube.

If a person starts using RO water, they have to keep using it right? or the tank will go back to they way it was.

No carbon filter in a filter that goes over the edge of tank? humm

Nitrites are more toxic than Nitrates by a lot.

You clean a UGF with Gasoline and a match! >8)

I use baby bottle brushes and a couple longer brushes I got with a used tank.... Those baby bottle brushes work great.
