| Changing Filter?
Okay - I know I sort of asked this question before, but I don't know if I got an actual answer (if I did, I apologize for the repetition).
How often do you change your carbon filter entirely? How often do you just rinse the current one out lightly in cool water (I know hot can kill off the beneficial bacteria that we need to keep the cycle going).
My carbon filters are really nasty looking and I want to make sure I don't mess with them too much that I cause a mini-cycle.
(Edit: Okay, I see some answers way down below where I posted before - so if anyone has any other information to add, it'd be greatly appreciated.)
