Rena Filstar pads or other

hello all,
I am looking for a cheap source of filter pads for my rena filstar.
specifically I am looking to buy big sheets of 30PPI foam and 20PPI foam and custom cut these to size. I am thinking that it would be cheaper to do this than to buy the precuts from a fish store. My only problem is I haven't been able to find a manufacturer as of yet. Any Guru's out there that can help me?

I go to Walmart, arts and crafts section, and buy polyester fluff for pillows. I also keep the original sponge filter sections that came with the filter.

Two years now with the original sponges, I change out the polyester about every three weeks.
