48 x 18 underwater poster?

I thought it would be a great idea to get a poster for a background for my tank.

omg!!!!! $129.00 is the cheapest I can find on line. I shopped a couple of Hobby stores, Walmarts and Kmart. The posters are cheaper in the stores, but no underwater pictures.

Anyone have an idea? I started out with a collage of underwater pictures that I have taken, I cant do it right.

I want something diff for a background. Has anyone used cork? if so, how did you get it stuck on the back of the tank?

Cork can be attached using silicone. I've never used cork as a background, but I have seen it done quite successfully.

Hey, Orb. This might be somewhat a far out thought, but perhaps you could find a large movie poster from Disney's Nemo movie. Might be some underwater scenes there.

Just a shot.

Re: 48 x 18 underwater poster?

Thanks Pink, but if I silicon it on, I couldnt get it off, right?

Good idea Bob, I checked on line, but the nemo or the shark is right in the middle, but, but, you gave me a good idea, Im going back to Hobby Lobby. They had several posters like that, but I didnt take the time to look at them. While I was on Allposters, I found the ideal poster. $600.00. lol, It's a dammmmmm poster for heavens sake!!! I also have a calender that has pretty pics of fish on each month. I wonder if I can somehow put them together. I have no idea what to use to divide them up though and make it look right

I found a pretty Mermaid poster, would have come close to fitting, $89.00 lol

Probably another dumb idea, but is it possible to rig suction cups to hold the cork in place? I know that you can cut plastic craft canvas to fit tight enough to hold it in place underwater, but I am sure that cork would just float out anyway.
