ghost shrimp with... worms??

One of my ghost shrimp has a little white ribbon running throughout its body, reminds me of tapeworm. Should I chuck the thing? What is it???

i dont have a good enough camera to get a good detailed pic but i found one online that looks nearly identical.

hmm... what was the caption on the site for that picture? I don't really know about shrimp, but at least this bump might attract someone who does.
