Based on the other thread water quality looks good. How are the symptoms now? Has it gotten better or worse? Any other indicators of problems? Being one fish in the tank (and it was in the tank for a while correct?) I am starting to suspect that it may be an injury. Take a close look at the fish and see if there are any signs at all

he did pass about 2 days ago. i took him out the tank and inspected under bright light. i couldnt find a single thing wrong with him. it was just like it was his time to go. weird huh. and all the other fish are still acting just fine, active as all hell, and eating regularly. confusing.

In some cases it is really hard to impossible to tell what the issue is. It is frustrating but an unfortunate reality.
