Is there any Medicine for ICK that don't turn my water blue or green?
I am trying to keep the silicone from turning blue.

So far I have raised the Temp up to 87 deg., and have been dosing with Aquari-Sol.
Still I have 2 fish, Pink Tail Chalceus & 1 Cardinal Tetra, that ICK stays on for about 5-6 days now.
They both eat very good.

Any Suggestions?

I have had very good luck with adding salt to the tank (about 1 Tbsp/5gal) when used along with a raised temperature.

Be sure, whichever method you end up using, that you make sure to continue the treatment for at least 2 weeks after the last spot disappears from your fish (and no new fish during this time is probably a good idea too). This has to do with the life cycle of the parasite as there are certain stages when it lives free in the water and continuing dosage helps to make sure all the baddies are dead, dead, dead.
