i have a large angel fish and recently his eyes went red the part that used to be white but they are not swollen and he shows no signs of being blind he can follow my finger on the glass. he isnt distraught he still eats and swims actively
i searched on here and on google and cant find anything it doesnt look like popeye as its not swollen.
Does anybody know or is he just now a devil fish??
I agree with cichlidgirl in that a picture would be very helpful and I don't mean to rule out anything but for some reason I am under the impession that the red eyes are either a hit or miss type thing, or some varieties have naturally occuring eyes:
Perhaps the largest reason I think the red eyes may not be a problem at all is based upon the observation that the first two links are pictures of fish for two different online LFS and I would assume that it would be pretty silly for them to showcase a sick fish...but I suppse nothing is really impossible.
