I noticed fro a couple of days now that my dwarf frog seemed to be staying at the top of the tank, and his nice brown-green color is fading, Then today I noticed that his skin seems to be shedding. We just lost one frog earlier this month, it just disappeared! I was doing some research and I found this web site with info and similar symptoms:

I am afraid it may be too late for my frog as he is losing most of his skin already
(Its been a busy week with my daughter breaking her foot and my son off school sick So I am feeling really bad that I did not notice the signs earlier.)
My question is for anyone who has gone through this before.
Do I need to treat my tank if I am not planning on restocking the dwarf frogs? I have other fish in the tank and from what I am reading, it does not infect the other fish?
Or do I treat the whole tank, get rid of the plants and gravel, wash the tank with bleach and water and hope for the best> moving the fish to a quarantine tank with new water and gravel
Any advice? I think the frog probably wont even make it through the night by the looks of things!
