zebra danio is going insane!

Hey all, before leaving to school this morning I noticed that one of my zebras was yellowish and attacking all of the other fish in the tank as well as swimming non stop. As of two days ago the nitrites and the ammonia are zero, although I plan on testing everything again as soon as I get home. I stuck him into a breeding box so that he wouldn't disrupt the others and I didn't have time or equipment to set up a quarantine tank. I just added a tri color shark yesterday and all of the other fish and such is in my signature. I also added a piece of driftwood a week or so ago. some of my platys had fin rot a while ago, but I cleared it up with mela fix. Yesterday I did a 10% water change and cleaned the filter.hats it for the changes that have been made since they were added.
thanks

just an update, I came home from school just now and saw that the zebra seemed perfectly fine, no discoloration or uncontrolled swimming. I'm gonna keep him contained until I figure out what happened.

Maybe he was just hyped up about something, sometimes my fish will be very active or very unactive, it dosen't last very long.

I say just watch your water perms and make sure he's not being harassed or harassing other fish.

Maybe QT him for a little and watch his behavior.

when I came back from school he seemed perfectly fine. I'm not concerned as much about the aggressiveness as with the change of color. could a change in PH have caused this?

Most fish adapt to pH changes over time, I don't think you can induse a rapid pH change with out killing a Neno Tetra or two lol Do you know your pH before the water change? Do you use a pH chemical to lower or raise it?

As for the discoloration I had an Algea Eater that was always a shade or two off compared to the other one but everything was nornal in the tank. But then I had a Cichlid who went an odd color and then got Dropsy (swim bladder)

I think if you just keep a look after the tank perms and the other fish, making sure they don't show signs of the 1st fish's mysterious behavior I think all will be well.
