What the heck is going on!?!

Okay If you have read any of my other posts you know I have a 10g tank with 2 Plecos and 2 Cichilds, one albino (don't know what kind) and another one that I think is Talapia (sp?) and he's the one thats been acting so weird, I think he's dying or something is really wrong with him, when he swims he spins around like a cork screw and and he's not swimming he's all on his side in a corner or just in the middle of the tank. His eyes seem to be somewhat bigger then usual.

I changed the water (about 20%) a week ago and he started swimming/acting all weird for the past 2 days.
When I do the water change every 1-2 weeks I do 5 ML of StressCoat (Best product by far, All of my fish had banged up fins and I used StressCoat 2 times and they are looking like a million bucks now, except the other guy)

I tested my water and it's all normal and my other fish are all perfect

Nitrate - 10-20 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Hardness (GH) - 75
Alkalinity - 50-70
pH - 6.9 - 7.3

Think it's just his time? He's only like 2.5-3 inches got him about 3 months ago.

Any ideas guys?

What is your ammonia level at?? a 10 gallon tank is not big enough for those fish to start with.. but.. does not explain why he's doing that..
Is he bloated?
red gills?
any more fin fraying?
is he eating normally?
What type of dechlorinator do you use? you want a dechorinator that does chorine and chloramines (Sp!!)
do you have a picture of him at all?

My test kits are only 5-n-1 (the 5 I listed before)
I know the tank is small, I'm going to remove the Plecos soon
He's not bloated at all, same weight/fatness since I've had him except for the time he ate a whole Pleco Algea Waffer, then he was fat for a day and a 1/2 (I stopped feeding him so he wouldn't explode)
No more fin fraying, since I used the StressCoat stuff all of the 4 fish went from bad fins to almost perfect ones.
I use StressCoat, says it treats both Chlorine and Chloramines
I can get a picture but I dont think it'll show anything, he looks fine but he's just swimming irratically. I just put this cave thing I used to use a while back and now he's in there just hanging around (I hope he's still alive)

Does he seem to be protective of the cave? Could be a territorial issue. provide lots of hiding spots for everyone.. maybe that will change the situation.

If he is swiming eraticvally it sounds like it could be a swim bladder issue. See if he will eat some mushed up peas (maybe with a little garlic)

I am sorry to say but on the morning of April 3rd 2007 the short lived life of my Cichilid has come to an abrubt hault.
