Yellow lab vomiting&concave belly

Hi everyone
I have a problem with my lil yellow lab he has been eating but vomits soon after and his belly is starting to concave. He stays in the back of the tank being very shy untill feeding time he comes right out and feeds but 10-15 minutes later he vomits it back out.I have done some reseach but all the info i have gathered has been very random.Ill post some pics later tonight when i get home from work of the poor lil guy.I dont want to lose him he is so colorful and everyone in the tank gets along so well with him.what is the first thing i should do i dont have a hospital tank i jus got a 10g for that reason but havent gotten the filter and heater for it yet. but i do have him in a plastic breeder float so he doesnt get worn down from the rest of the guys chasin him out of the plants..

Re: Yellow lab vomiting&concave belly

Hes got a parasite infection, feed minced garlic or garlic enhanced food right now (if he'll hold it) and go out and buy some parasite treatment. Getting this done early might be able to save him.

If you don't have a hospital tank, get one ready for the future. Treat your whole main tank as most parasites are contagious.

Did you add fish recently? A good fish store will give you free meds if you bought fish from them that diseased your tank.
