I applyed the salt to my 75 gallon tank for the ick, and i would like to know when can i perform a water change? Also do i have to do a full filter change? And i don't know but maybe soon i might be selling this tank, so can it be posted on this web site?
Change the water/filter when you normally would. If its a big water change try to change it in small amounts so it will be less stressful on the fish. Just remember to add the same amount of salt back into the tank for the amount of water you changed. If you have 2 teaspoons of salt per gallon and changed 10 gallons of water then at 20 teaspoons of salt back in.
As said about too much salt can hurt some kind of fish.
