cloudy eye redcap oranda I've tried finding information about 'cloudy-eye' disease. I haven't gotten a clear answer. Basically all water parameters are perfect, and the tank stays at an even 68 degrees consistantly.Ever since I got her (almost 4 months ago) she goes through these cloudy eye phases, and hasn't really recovered from it quickly this time.
Also, my black Moore is kind of a bully and chases my oranda lots... This week the oranda's fins have started to look a little ragged on the edges. She's not swimming as fast, and the black moore is able to literally flip her over by nudging her around... She then continues on swimming fine..but she tries to get away from him.
Her eyes are still cloudy and I was wondering if a little aquarium salt would help her out generally, and what is the best method to clearing up her eyes?
Will purchasing a fantail, or another oranda reduce the aggression, or interest of the black moore? He'll have 2 to chase, rather than one... |
