Dieses Yes/No

All my fish see to be rubbing on my sand, plants, and decor. this is only when i turn on the light though(6:20am-6:40am). there is no symptoms exept the rubbing. if anything would it be an internal parasite, or by any chance do the fish just have an itch?

Thanks

They only do it after you turn on the light, then they stop after a fwe minutes?

It sounds that their just itchy but keep your eyes open for the next few days

All are eating ok? Water peramiters are good and have been stable?

Added any new fish recently?

been goin on for 2 weeks, i thought it might be ick so i waited to see if anything developed. and i think there is a dieses that has fish rub up against stuff. but when nothing showed up i got stumped. all params are good and stable, they are eating ok. yes i have added new fish but they were doing it before it. new fish do it to. i think you are right that they are itchy. i turn on lights. they rub for roughly about 1 min, i feed them and then they are fine.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure before i did have a huge out break of something, ill keep an eye out though.

There may be a couple reasons for this sort of thing Sniper. Without the white spots, it may still be Ich, however I would continue to watch the tank rather than using a sort of preventative approach. I think you know my opinion on meds and stuff so that is why I would wait for symptoms to become more clear as far as being able to guess at what this may be. There are a couple other issues like fish mites/lice that I think make fish itch themselves, however some fish do 'flash' quite a bit as a sign of dominance. I would lean towards flashing or something similar if the symptoms only occur right after the lights are turned on and no other time of the day.
