dark green spots like mold

my fish, 2 silver dollars, have small green spots on their top fin and the bottom fin looks frayed as does the tail. The fish store thought it might be parasites, so we treated with copper... nothing has changed. five other fish have died in the last 4 months. Any ideas?? when I do water changes I had a table spoon of salt and a cap of cycle to 10 gallons and all water levels look good. Am I doing something wrong??

From the sounds of "the frayed bottom fin and tail", it sounds like fin rot. I would ask different people how u should treat it. Fin rot can spread it so hurry on the cure.
