sry to hear that. once my goldfish died of natraul causes a few years back. i stopped having them because he kept getting swim bladder. i just fed him peas and that worked. i never used med. but each fish is different and reacts to meds differently.

It's been a long time since I put this much effort into a single fish and failed. I probably deserve it though for taking a few years off and getting caught with my medication preferences out of date. It used to be so easy. New products come out, I see them at the dealer shows or get flooded with intro ads at the store. Old products disappear I find out when my salesman tells me. The entire Jungle line of bottled crystaline meds disappearing from all my local retail outlets I would have never anticipated. I don't feel the fizzy tablet line, all 3 of them offer enough diversity. For that matter I don't remember seeing the Aquatronics line at any of the local retailers either.

I guess we're never to old to learn new ways to treat old problems.

My condolences on your b/m. I just lost a silver dollar that was one of the first fish I ever got, because I jacked up my tank by not paying attention. If anyone would of told me I'd go into a deep dark depression over losing a fish, being the hunter that I am, I'd of never guessed it. Sounds like you gave your moors every opportunity to make it.
