Help my fish are sick

I have a 90 gallon tank with 2 emperor 400s and a powerhead. My tank has sand and live rock. I have a lion, dogface puffer and a scorpionfish. I did a water change this weekend and now they all have glazed eyes and it looks like they have ick. The fish aren't swimming very much they are mostly just staying in one spot. what should i do??

Re: Help my fish are sick

Well, glazed eyes usually means a sickness of some sort, however, did you mix the salt that day or do you already have it mixed? A possible salt burn is not out of the question. Also, read the post "open letter to all forum members" in the salt water discussion and post all parameters. Hey, aaron, I dug it up for you;I thought the time had come to write this in the hope it will aid all members of the forum. I will suggest that when you post and are asking for help or for ideas, please include all basic information. Basic information should include; all water parameters, size of tank and complete set up meaning, filter type (sump, canister etc.), lighting (what type and total output) and if you have fish only with live rock and if you keep corals. Also how long the tank has been up. I know some of this is your bio but many bios don't contain this info. How many times has someone posted and then there is this list of postings addressing the above. If you give the most info you can to give us a good profile, it will cut down on response time and mis-diagnosis or answers that don't fit and we will all benefit. I am hoping one of the moderators will use this as a preempt to the forum so all can read before posting. Happy aquarium keeping to you all.

Re: Help my fish are sick

Give more info about how you mix the salt water and how long before you add it to the tank. If it is salt burn, hopefully it isn't severe and they will heal. In the mean time, get some "stress coat" and add per instructions for "healing and repairing".
