please help my yellow tang!!

Ok heres the situation..... my yellow tang that i purchased from petco in january has part of his top fin missing. i thought it happen from the live rock. or from the damsels that i had in the tank. Its been a couple of weeks and his fin has not grown back yet. Today when i was feeding them i noticed that one eye is poped out!! it is a fish only with live rock stocked with two clown fish, yellow tang and a blue hippo tang,( i finally caught and returned the damsels last sat.) i don't have a clue whats wrong or how i treat it. ive talked about setting up a hospital tank but never did it. what can i do????? please help my yellow tang......!

That sticks for your fish...I wish I could help but I'm not too familiar with fish problems, I've been lucky so far. Hopefully someone jumps in here and helps out.

Sorry I missed this!

Is it just one eye that is popping out so to speak? One eye is said to be caused from an injury to the eye. Now if it is both eyes, then it could be a bacterial infection.

It's just his right eye. I wonder if maybe the blue hippo tang is picking on him. They seem to do fine together though.

He might have done it while being chase. I would monitor it and perhaps remove the bully for awhile or trade him in.
