Does the clown show any signs of ICH?, If you treated the tank according to the directions you should be able to return the clown to the display tank, the snails however will not be able to tolerate any level of copper. As for feeding, brine shrimp are not really the best thing to feed it IMO, brine shrimp are better suited for fresh tanks and is not natural to salt water fish, I recommend you switch to frozen mysis shrimp or brine with sprulina which is feed a different diet than std. brine shrimp.
