browning yellow polyps,, help needed

so i purchased these yellow polyps about one month or so ago, they were doing really great!! now i have noticed a colour change in there stalk, is this normal or is this a cause of great concern! i am not sure what i am doing wrong (if anything). has anyone else noticed this in there tank? is it algea build up on them?? HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT PLEASE

We need more information. What are your water perams? What kind of lighting do you have?

lol, i knew that so guess what..... i just tested my water lol

60 gal tank, two PC'S at 96watts,
nitrates are a little high at 20ppm (yesterday they were at 60, i did a water change and they dropped)
nitrites are at 0
ammonia 0
phosphate 0
KH is at 9 ppm, i keep my ph at 8.3-4
salinity is at 1.024

Corals "brown out" when not getting enough light because the zooxanthallae quickly multipy to harvest as much light as possible, you can reverse it by slowly increasing the wattage or slowly raising the coral up in the tank.
