disaster in my tank

I got up yesterday morning to one of my power heads laying on the bottom of my tank trenching all my sand and pushing my amonnia up to between 1.0 and 2.0 . I moved fish to quarenteen tank .I lost my coral beauty trying get fish out moveing live rock he got crushed .This morning I lost my tang and morsh idol .I didn't have enough time climatize them to hospital tank .As for my main tank I add amonnia lock and doing water change for my coral and hoping for the best .
