| if its your first salt tank its going to be tough, a 10 gallon would classifly as a nano tank and those are harder to keep then say a 30 gallon.
but if you want to try,
you will need about 20-30 watts of light,(perferably half of it actinic)
at least a 20 gph filter with activated carbon,
a small powerhead with a optional wavemaker to generate current
around a 25 watt heater
fortunately with such a small tank, equiptment should be less expensive.
I think you may be looking at around 100 dollars depending on where you shop.
to cycle it just put in the water make sure it get heated, and then put in some live rock, you may need about 4 pounds, about $20 and wait around 12-14 days without touching the water and leaving the lights on for 8-12 hours a day.
