I've had a reef tank for some time now and I still haven't been happy with ann\y supplement combination to keep my coral looking colorful and open. Right now I'm using purple up with fiji gold and some reef vital dna. Any suggestions that I might have some success with?
Hi manicmike, well, make sure your vitals are in range; calc = 400-450, mag = 1280-1320, SG = .023-.025 and alk = 10-12 dkh. Also feed them DTs and coral frenzy.
Strontium, Iodine?? I know Purple up contains a bit of this but IMO, not enough. Tech-i Works great with my softies being a time release formula and all. --CBR
