help! Red Planaria flatworms


over the last few weeks i've noticed these 'brownish orange specks' around my tank. However today I added a few corals... and I noticed these things MOVE...... did some research and well ended up with Red Planaria flatworms........
any help with 'dealing' with these safely? (as i am preggers)

They are generally caused by overfeeding. Cut back on food a little bit and syphon them out with an airhose, I am fixing to do this in my nano tank. I am going to use a bucket with a filterpad covering it to catch the flatworms. Then I will just add the water back to the tank, minus the flatworms.
